Returns & Exchanges

 

Return Policy:

• Eligible items are able to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. Any issues with an order must be reported within this time frame.

To begin your return or exchange, email staysunnyfrisco@gmail.com. Be sure to have your order number and billing/shipping zip code handy! If you don’t know your order number you can locate it on your packing slip or on the order confirmation that was emailed to you.

Once we receive your email with the request, we will provide an address for you to ship the item using a carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the shipping cost.

When we receive your package we will then issue a full refund for your item.

Please note: We are unable to offer a refund for any items that are not confirmed through our return process or items that are marked ineligible for return.

Exchanges:

Stay Sunny Frisco offers free exchanges for a different size on clothing items within 30 days of the order shipment date. We do not offer exchanges on any non-apparel items or items that are final sale. To begin your exchange, shoot an email to staysunnyfrisco@gmail.com.

The new item will ship out as soon as the returned item is received by Stay Sunny. There will be no refund issued on exchanges.
